How fast does shipping usually take?
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive within 2β3 business days (continental US). We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (continental US). Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. We occasionally run free shipping promos for all orders β sign up for our email list to be notified.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll cover return shipping on defective items.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll immediately send a replacement at no chargeβno need to return the original item. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log into your WildPaw Co account to view real-time tracking from your order history.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. International shipping for Canada typically takes 5β8 business days. We're working on expanding to more countries β join our email list for updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment queue and can't be changed. Contact us immediately at support@wildpawco.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to help.
Can I gift wrap or include a custom message?
Yes! Select "Gift Wrapping" at checkout and add a custom message (up to 100 words). We'll package your order with premium wrapping and include a handwritten-style card with your message. Perfect for pet-loving friends and family.
How do I contact customer support?
Email us at support@wildpawco.com or use the contact form on our Contact page. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (usually much faster). For urgent issues, mention "URGENT" in your subject line and we'll prioritize your response.
